You have not had your A/C system cleaned in over a year, and can’t remember when you changed your air filter last. Both of these conditions will lead to a water leak. There is a condensation drain that gets plugged with slime and needs to be cleaned on a regular basis. When it backs up water will leak out on the floor or ceiling. A safety shut-off switch can be installed on your existing unit, to shut the system off if the drain should become clogged. Call our office and schedule a Seasonal Service and tune-up. It will take approximately 1 hour to complete and besides solving your water problem, your system will run much more efficiently.
