I have used Jacob's heating and air for seven years. Five years ago I signed up for thier maintenance plan with the service Recently I purchased another house, I called Jacob's, Ken and Erick came and checked out my system the next day and performed thier regular maintenance, the technicians were very professional and effective. The company also refunded the balance on my previous contract. So I immediately signed a new contract. They always show up when they say and get the service done.
