Wow, Jacob’s to the rescue! Air broke last night and They got Areli here right in the morning. Super service and up and running in 20 minutes or less. Always there when you need them and Areli was very kind. Get a service plan too, discounts on weekend and after hours visits pays for itself with one call!!!! Now it is 2026 and Jabin was out here and super nice and helpful and thorough. Jacob’s is the best.

Apparently google doesnt allow you to have more than one review so Im adding a review from service I got on 7/24/26 to an older review I wrote below. My service was performed by Areli and Erick. Both were professional, competent and quick. They took care of everything and much faster than I expected . This was the first time these techs have been to my house. I have used Jacob for all my AC needs since 2002, which is now 24 years. Still very happy with them... 2 months ago I wrote a review for this company when they replaced 2 of my units which were over 17 years old. I had the other 2 units replaced several days ago by the same installers (Alex & John) who did my first 2. Again I give them and the company 5 Stars in all categories. Feel free to review my last post which was approx 2 months ago.

5-star service. We had an issue with our mini split unit. The tech was very nice and attentive, but there were complications! Such is life, of course. This company is on the up & up. They came out and completely replaced our unit. 100% would recommend Jacob’s to anyone needing AC and heating work done. Thank you John, Bryan & Rob. You guys are the best!
