Recently my air conditioner was serviced as part of a planned six-month maintenance program. Your service technician, Areli , found and corrected a minor problem thus avoiding a major future problem. I would recommended Jacob Heading & Air for all your A/C needs.

John and Bryan did a wonderful job on our new ac installation. They showed up on time, got our new ac installed, and cleaned up when they were done. They made sure to show us how everything works before they left. Our old ac went out and we called Jacob’s to get a quote on a new system. They came the same day for a quote and got the new ac installed three days later. Wonderful experience so far and would highly recommend.

July, 2026, update on my previous update: Once again, we received tremendous service from Jacob Heating and Air Conditioning! From the ladies and gentlemen in the scheduling department, to the text updates about my appointment information, service reminder, and then "technician on the way", to my technician Rob who came today and was a lifesaver, Jacob Heating and Air Conditioning is the absolute best! I would not have anyone else come to work on the three air conditioners on our property. And my nonprofit organization uses their services too. They are always fair, honest, and their technicians are polite, professional, and know what they're doing. Today Robert, who recently joined the Jacob team from working in residential construction, noticed that the drain line was built slightly uphill. No wonder it's been clogging just about every summer! Rob was truly an answer to prayer today! Thanks again Jacob Heating and Air team! Update on my other previous review: Fortunately, nothing has changed with Jacob Heating and Air Conditioning! Still the same fine service from beginning to end. The scheduling department is so pleasant to work with, they send a text message and an email message letting you know the window of time in which the technician will arrive. Then they let you know when the technician is on his way. Once again it was Areli who came and he's always professional, gets right to the job and gets it done efficiently and courteously. He explains what he has found and gives me the options on what it's going to take to fix it. We just love this company and are so thankful for their professionalism and their prompt reliable service. Update on previous review: Jacob Heating & Air Conditioning sent Areli to our business today and he gave us the same fine service he always does. Jacob Heating & Air Conditioning has sent Areli to our home several times since the last review I wrote and he has done an excellent job with our home air conditioner as well. I trust him because he’s very honest. We’re always pleased with how professional and responsive Jacob Heating & Air Conditioning is! Jacob Heating and Air Conditioning has been around a long time and for good reason. We have used their services for years because they are honest, reliable, fair, prompt, and they know what they’re doing. Their scheduling staff is excellent and easy to work with. We had service scheduled today on our AC and they gave us a call in advance to let us know Ray was on his way. When Ray got here he was courteous and professional. He identified the problem, then did the repair faster than expected and at a lower cost than expected. He was a pleasure to have here. Jacob Heating and Air's quality of work and their integrity is consistent in every area and we highly recommend them!

Excellent service from start to finish, I Could not be happier with the service they provided. I compared multiple quotes from a variety of different company's Jacob's heating and air had the most informative ones of them all. Not only were the quotes simple to understand but had no fluff information just the important ones. Final price and what exactly I was purchasing.. Not only did they provide the best info but also the lowest price from them all.. Alex even sent out a tech on the weekend to get my old system temporarily running till the installation date at no charge. I then received a text massage every day asking if the AC was holding up right to the day of installation. That is service above and beyond. Installation day is here and Pablo the service tech and his helper Shawn showed up and they worked tirelessly till the job was complete. Even from time to time their supervisor Phillip would show up to ensure they were both doing OK. Overall a great experience and a company that I would highly recommend.

Had a new HVAC unit installed today after dealing with issues with the original unit installed by the builder for 9 years. Alex was great at explaining what unit would be best for our home. They showed up on time and were very professional. John and Bryan did a great job installing the unit and making sure everything was cleaned up after they were done.

AC completely died and they were helpful, professional, and fast. Got a new system installed in one day. Pablo and Keegan were knowledgeable and efficient (and very patient with barking dogs)
