Areli provided our maintenance yesterday. He is so thorough, friendly, and professional. We have been Jacob Air customers for almost 10 years and are so happy we chose this great company and have such competent technicians providing services.

This company installed a new unit in my home and maintains an older unit in a rental. The customer service is top-notch. Whenever there has been an issue, they have handled it old school and with the customer is always right attitude. I gotta say, it is hard to find this these days. Roy has been an incredible force to maintain my loyalty. He has a passion for treating the customer with respect and professionalism. I hope they never lose this tradition.

After a service call for preventive maintenance and a leaking reservoir, Manager Roy later spotted something in a photo that needed correcting in my ductwork and came out to make the correction. Needing a part from the shop that had to be custom fashioned, the owner Robert made a special trip out to install it. Offered to pay for time and parts, but they would not accept anything. I would highly recommend Jacob’s Heating and A/C and trust them with any job.

Very prompt and efficient service. I've used Jacob multiple times and have always been very pleased.

In the heat of the summer, we received our brand new Carrier 5 ton A/C unit (after 17 years of the last one from Jacob..) We had three hard working young men- Pablo, Keegen, and Shaun, who expertly put in the large unit, new air handler, and thermostats. All went well, our house is really cool now, and Jacob has done it again! We have already had our county inspection and we passed with no problem at all! We have used this company exclusively for 35 years- we think no one can do it better!

Update on my other previous review: Fortunately, nothing has changed with Jacob Heating and Air Conditioning! Still the same fine service from beginning to end. The scheduling department is so pleasant to work with, they send a text message and an email message letting you know the window of time in which the technician will arrive. Then they let you know when the technician is on his way. Once again it was Areli who came and he's always professional, gets right to the job and gets it done efficiently and courteously. He explains what he has found and gives me the options on what it's going to take to fix it. We just love this company and are so thankful for their professionalism and their prompt reliable service. Update on previous review: Jacob Heating & Air Conditioning sent Areli to our business today and he gave us the same fine service he always does. Jacob Heating & Air Conditioning has sent Areli to our home several times since the last review I wrote and he has done an excellent job with our home air conditioner as well. I trust him because he’s very honest. We’re always pleased with how professional and responsive Jacob Heating & Air Conditioning is! Jacob Heating and Air Conditioning has been around a long time and for good reason. We have used their services for years because they are honest, reliable, fair, prompt, and they know what they’re doing. Their scheduling staff is excellent and easy to work with. We had service scheduled today on our AC and they gave us a call in advance to let us know Ray was on his way. When Ray got here he was courteous and professional. He identified the problem, then did the repair faster than expected and at a lower cost than expected. He was a pleasure to have here. Jacob Heating and Air's quality of work and their integrity is consistent in every area and we highly recommend them!
