Jacob Heat and Air are a Diamond in he rough! They from day one did not even know me yet cannot the Same Day even tho booked till following Wk. so we would have Heat! I decided to use Jacob Heating when ever I could afford a new one. They explained in detail cost to repair my 20 yr old one( could have taken my $$ and keep coming back = more $$ but rather worked with me and today I now have a New AC . Everyone on my block has Jacob Heating and Air! Now I know why. The installers : Pablo, Kenneth, Philip were Very very conscientious keeping the area clean, putting everything back in its place, teaching me how to use my new Thermostat, and even coming Back to patch a Tiny Dotted hole near ceiling I never saw! “Thank you “ are not words enough to show my Appreciation for your Honesty, Personal care and Attention Politeness . I will tell Everyone I meet what a Blessing you are to me.❤️❤️❤️

I can’t give enough kudos to Jacob Heating and Air. We had our AC have an issue Saturday night and were desperate to have someone try and fix it Sunday. I called in the morning and spoke with some amazing team members who I gave details and needed information to. And we got an awesome repairman in Areli. Great communicator. Kind. Outlined the cost. Gave great detail on the situation and what happened. And was able to make it on a Sunday! Truly can’t thank him and the whole Jacob team enough. You guys just made our day. And now I know more about the AC maintenance packages you guys have to use that too. 5-stars isn’t enough to say how fantastic the service was. I also want to give a shout-out to JJ, who came out tonight to drain our clogged AC line. He was a great example of amazing customer service. He explained the situation in tremendous detail and did a remarkable job. And most recently Areli again as he was able to unclog our drain line which has had issues. Areli was great with communication and explaining the situation.

I needed to have the Compressor replaced on my AC unit. Pablo and Kenny were my service techicians. They arrived right on and got to work in a steady rain. Pablo and Kenny were very professional and friendly. They did an excellent job. I think my AC unit is working better now than when it was new.

Jabin M was quick, professional and friendly when he worked on our AC unit. Highly recommend this company for your AC needs.
